"We want to create situations where people feel like they’re regulars," says Huertas chef Jonah Miller. So he dreamed up a special treat at his Basque-inspired restaurant that’s only for folks in the know. It’s confit and fried duck wings "bravioli," coated in a combination of bravas sauce and aioli. It’s not on the menu, but if you ask for an order he’ll be happy to serve one up.
