"Mr. Robot" tells the story of Elliot, a young programmer (Rami Malek) who moonlights as a vigilante hacker. Working by day to protect the security of a corporation, at night he enacts his own form of digital justice. After taking down his share of cyber-dirtbags, Elliot is tapped by the leader of an underground hacker network (Christian Slater) to infiltrate and destroy the very company he works for, a nefarious mega-corporation Elliot believes could be ruining the world.
Picking up an Audience Award at 2015 SXSW and an Official Selection at the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival, "Mr. Robot" showcases writer and executive producer Sam Esmail's decidedly authentic approach to the hacker-thriller. Opting for genuine, human-focused suspense over flashy graphics, the series is intriguing from the opening credits. Watch a special early release of the first episode right here before the June 24th premiere on USA Network at 10:00 p.m. ET/9:00 p.m. CT.
