How Dessert Queen Valentina Mussi Celebrates Fall in the South

Not without a Maple Pecan Creme Brulee Latte and a seasonal twist on her grandfather’s bread pudding

Does fall have you craving over-the-top seasonal treats? Dessert-lover Valentina Mussi of @sweetportfolio gave this classic latte recipe a sweet fall makeover that’s as fun to make as it is to eat.

Valentina is a Florida-based recipe developer and content creator, whose lifelong love of food drove her to start Sweet Portfolio, a social media brand known for viral recipe videos and food reviews.

Valentina grew up living between Colombia and Panama, and moved to Miami with her family when she was in high school. She was raised in a multigenerational household where food brought everyone together. While the difference in seasons are less obvious in the Southern hemisphere — and the Southern part of the U.S. — Valentina always associates fall with welcoming the holidays, big family meals and finding any excuse to celebrate. Thanks to her unique background, the holidays were always a mix of cultures and flavors, and today, she infuses that sense of variety and festivity into her food.

To ring in the fall season this year, Valentina shows us how she uses Starbucks® Maple Pecan Flavored Coffee as the inspiration and key ingredient in her one-of-a-kind latte recipe.
