How Pie Artist Lauren Ko Celebrates Fall on the West Coast

An ideal celebration starts with mesmerizing pie art and seasonal coffee flavors.

What do you get when you combine geometry, baked goods and a flair for the fall season? For Lauren Ko of @lokokitchen, the answer is pumpkin-themed pie art.

Lauren is a Seattle-based baker with a knack for creating beautiful, geometric-inspired pie designs. Fall, or “peak pie season” as Lauren calls it, is one of her favorite times of the year — especially on the West Coast, with plenty of seasonal produce to choose from and inspire her unique approach to baking.

To Lauren, fall is all about spending time with loved ones. Being from a family of food lovers, she often associates this time of year with fond memories in the kitchen: cooking, laughing and eating together.

To ring in the fall season this year, Lauren shows us how she uses Starbucks® Pumpkin Spice Flavored Coffee as the inspiration and key ingredient to create a delicious, one-of-a-kind pie that’s almost too pretty to eat.
