Just because you’re traveling for work, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a taste of vacation. This shaken piña colada is alcohol-free and infused with aromatic bitters. It’s like the responsible, C-suite version of the traditional cocktail. Plus, what better place to enjoy a piña colada, than at a hotel from the company who helped create it? The piña colada was invented by a bartender at the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico, in 1954, and is still a favorite among hotel guests to this day.

The “Out Of Office” Colada
Grab a mixer and add coconut water, coconut milk, coconut creme, and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously.
Fill rocks glass with crushed ice. Pour cocktail mixture into glass.
Add a dash of angostura bitters and dust with cinnamon.
Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple spear.
