The “Carpe Per Diem” Martini


Add a few ice cubes to a carafe. Pour in gin, grapefruit juice, vanilla simple syrup, and lime juice.

Add the angostura bitters and grated ginger to the carafe. Stir to combine.

Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

Top off with prosecco and garnish with star anise and rock candy stick.

Expense every last drop!
