In episodes one and two of the PepsiCo Game Day Grub Match, former NFL athletes Rashad Jennings, Nick Mangold and Greg Jennings competed in the first two of three game-day recipe challenges. The grand prize? $25,000 to donate to a food bank in the city of the winning athlete’s choice, plus the chance to have one of their winning dishes featured on the Mall of America Buffalo Wild Wings menu during Super Bowl LII weekend in Minneapolis.

Coming into the third and final round, Nick Mangold leads the competition with 48 points, Rashad Jennings trails close behind at 40 points and Greg Jennings rounds out the group at 38 points. Anything can happen in this final challenge, where the athletes must make their own take on the chicken wing, using two PepsiCo products and one Buffalo Wild Wings sauce as ingredients. Whose wing will rule over them all? Watch the video above to watch the competition and find out who takes home the grand prize.

Who’s playing?

Hailing from Kalamazoo, Michigan, former wide receiver and sports analyst Greg Jennings.

Born and raised in Centerville, Ohio, former center for the New York Jets Nick Mangold.

No stranger to on-screen competition, former Giants running back (and winner of Dancing with the Stars) Rashad Jennings from Forest, Virginia.

Who’s judging?

From left: PepsiCo’s own executive chef Stephen Kalil, TV personality and celebrity chef Anne Burrell, and celebrity chef and restaurateur Josh Capon.

Who won the competition?

In this wing challenge, Rashad Jennings used Naked Mighty Mango Juice, Buffalo Wild Wings Mango Habanero wing sauce, and Tostitos salsa for his grilled Naked Mango Wings with a Kick. Greg Jennings brought some Southern flavor to his wings with Pure Leaf Sweet Tea, Classic Lay’s potato chips, and Buffalo Wild Wings Honey Mustard wing sauce. But when Mangold earned his first 10 score in the two-minute challenge, he could not be caught. Mangold blew the judges away with his spicy Cool Ranch Doritos-Crusted Wings with Hot Buffalo Sauce and Sabra Yogurt Dip, made with Hot Buffalo Wild Wings sauce, O.N.E Coconut Water, and Sabra Yogurt Dip. Nick earned two more 10s from the judges for his wings, coming out on top of the competition with a total of 77 points.
